VISITING THE FACTORY

You can visit the factory by appointment and it will be more helpful if you have informed us of the time you plan to visit and the products you have in mind so we are able to see if we can meet your requirements. We are open Monday – Saturday, 08.00 – 17.00 pm, excluding our lunch break 12.00 – 13.00 pm. Please contact us for the detail

CUSTOM ORDER

Send the detail of the specification (pattern, size, design, colour, quantity order, and jpeg photo or Corel draw file if needed). You can completely customize your order, choosing from your own design or from our available motif or develop. For custom design, you can either send us a physical sample – that is the simplest way, or a picture. When sending us a picture, we will require clear images from the front and back, and with detailed information/specification. Sending us the pattern you have in mind is also possible.

LABEL, TAG & BARCODE

All orders include labels, tags and barcodes based on our standard, but if you need a different label and tag, it is possible with a certain minimum order quantity and additional cost

SAMPLE

Sample costs approximately 2-3 times the business price, due to samples consuming more time to make individually, and may require us to buy more materials than what is needed due to the minimum requirements to buy from the supplier. Or, if the order is printed, we may need to buy the ink that will not always end up being used, and hence increase the cost. The sampling takes about 2 – 3 weeks depending on the style and other details

PRODUCTION

We will need final authorization/approval all the sample before goes to production. If customers require photo of the sample, we will email these images to the customer and if the customer requires a physical sample, we will send the sample to you, where the customer pays for the shipping fee. They will need 4-8 weeks for production to complete the goods and will depend on your order quantity, busy time, and weather for batik materials.

250 pieces in total, 60 pieces per style per color (20 pieces per size, S=20 pieces, M=20 pieces, L=20 pieces)

Quality Control

Our quality has also improved significantly over the years. To ensure our customers receive the best products, we implemented TQM (Total Quality Management). During each production process, we inspect the quality.

1. When the white raw materials first arrive, we examine the fabric to ensure it aligns with the order (construction, color, unit order).
2. Before and after printing, we inspect the products again to check the products’ prints, color, and size and if it fulfilled the requirements of the order.
3. Checking all the material after coming from the dying, printing or batik process about color, spot, tread etcetera
4. While stacking the fabric to cut, we go through each layer so there are no rejects.
5. We check again after cutting before handling them to the seamstresses for sewing.
6. After sewing, we assess the fabric to ensure it has the right size, color, thread, sewing method, buttons, and labels
7. Then, we check the size and other specifications of the final goods (from sewing before placing label, tag, pin, barcode, and sticker) before it in polybags and carton boxes.
8. Final checking is by Pro-forma to make sure each SKU by piece and total quantity order match before handling it to the containers.
9. We then inform customers about the ready item to be shipped and inform them of the trucking number, delivery time, arrival date, export document to ensure the customers receive all the goods following their order and specification.
10. We then review them together with the customer after opening the boxes in case of any felt or reject item
